The California Delta chapter of Phi Kappa Psi was established at USC in 1927, making it one of the oldest fraternities at USC. In the past 80 years, the chapter has initiated over 2,000 members, including famous members of USC, successful businessmen, NFL Hall of Fame Members, Olympic Gold Medalists, and other Brothers who have served their community.

In 2004, Phi Psi alumni donated $1.3 million to California Delta's endowment and scholarship fund, and the chapter house also received a multi-million dollar remodel. Check out the new house.
Currently, the chapter has 51 members, including: varsity football, basketball, and track athletes, army and navy reserve officers, valedictorians, national merit scholars, trustee scholars, presidential scholars, Phi Beta Kappa members, entrepreneurs, student government representatives, and other community leaders.
